The outrageous new TV ad from Shirley Golub, who is so courageously
challenging Nancy Pelosi for the Democratic party congressional
nomination in San Francisco, speaks for itself. It's an absolute
scream.

But nothing could possibly be MORE outrageous that the apparent
surrender plan of our so-called Democratic leadership, to get as many
yellow bellied surrenders accomplished before the November election
as possible. That's right, they are not only planning on lying down
immediately for another $100 billion to senselessly squander in Iraq,
they are talking about adding on another $70 billion of war profiteer
booty, to save the White House from the trouble of throwing another
foot stomping tantrum in the fall.

This is looking like the mother of all gutless surrenders. And there
is only one dynamic that can possibly stop it. Nancy Pelosi MUST be
defeated in San Francisco on June 3, and see it coming fast. And ONLY
Shirley Golub can do it, if you can make a contribution on the page

For those who many not be quite clear on this one point yet, Cindy
Sheehan in running the November election in this district as an
independent, but what we are talking about here is the June 3
Democratic party congressional primary.

We need to raise $50,000 to put this hard hitting, and factually
impeccable, ad on every major broadcast outlet in San Francisco, so
that everyone knows they have a choice, that they have an alternative

We don't have time to wait for November, by which time they will
likely have long since nuked Iran as they are so determined to do. We
must act now. The only way things are going to change is if WE
change, and stop making excuses for the congenitally timid, and stop
making apologies for the cowardly, and call the thing exactly what it
is, which is what Shirley Golub is doing.

There is a live poll on the San Francisco Chronicle web site right
now and 82% say this latest surrender plan is "An inexcusable breach
of promise". We the people have been betrayed. We have to remove our
betrayers from office the way our Constitution provides that it be
done. And this poll proves just how doable it is if we just believe
in our own power as voters. Please also look for the poll to the
right of the article and vote yourself!

We've sent all the emails. We've made all the phone calls. But at
long last, there is only one message that the worthless cowards
masquerading as our representatives are apparently going to get. And
that message is . . . you are not only out office, you don't even get
the party nomination again in our congressional district. Won't you

We are dealing with a smug Washington, DC consultant class that
thinks in terms of "safe" districts, and is too arrogant to believe
that one of their own incumbents could ever be challenged in their
own party. And until we do, they are just going to keep treating we
the people like punks until the end of time. Only by defeating Pelosi
can we finally snap them to attention, so that they understand that
the will of the people will no longer be disregarded, and that we DO
have the power to remove any of them in any election.

For a party that ran on, and was elected on, a mandate of ending the
strategic insanity of our occupation of Iraq, our Democratic majority
has barely mustered so much as a whimper, NEVER at any time intending
to take a stand and actually sticking to it. And you better watch
that they don't roll that reprehensible telecom immunity provision
back into one omnibus cowardly package. Not only are they planning on
handing over today's lunch money to the White House bullies, they are
falling over themselves to hand over tomorrow's as well. They might
as well mail their cowardice in.

They have taken leadership off the table along with every other
necessary check and balance, and the only way to put it back is to
now replace them all, one by one, starting from the top, starting
with the queen of "impeachment off the table" herself. With your help
