My congressman is Adam Schiff. For a few years I've urged him to back impeachment. Earlier this year, I asked him to back HR333, which calls for the impeachment of Vice President Cheney. He responded that he felt such a move would detract from the more urgent task - changing the direction of our stategy in Iraq. So I have written a petition. I want to collect so many signatures that he has to come out publicly in favor of HR333.
I support impeaching President Bush, but I think impeaching Cheney is a necessary first step.
